XYB Platform 1.6 Release Notes
1. Improvements to Credit Contracts and Management
Nordic Revolving Credit - Flexible Repayment & Credit Options
This release introduces more flexible repayment and credit management capabilities for Nordic Revolving Credit products. Customers can now manage their loans more dynamically through early repayments, additional payouts, payment holidays, and write-offs, improving both customer experience and operational control.
Partial Payback: Customers can now make a partial repayment on an active credit contract, allowing them to reduce the outstanding balance without closing the contract. The contract continues using the Instalment calculation method, and the instalment amount is automatically recalculated after the partial payment. Learn how to execute partial payback.
Full Repayment: Customers can now fully repay their loan before maturity, allowing them to close the contract early. Once the full repayment is processed, the contract is automatically closed and no further instalments are generated. Learn more.
Extra Payout: Customers can receive an extra payout under an existing revolving credit line, increasing the available credit without creating a new contract. The system creates a new subcontract for the payout and updates the credit limit accordingly. Learn how to initiate extra payout.
Payment Holiday: Customers can be granted a payment holiday, allowing them to temporarily pause repayments for a defined period. During the holiday, invoices are automatically rescheduled and the loan term is extended by the duration of the pause. Learn how to configure a payment holiday.
Write-Off Support This release adds support for writing off outstanding loan balances when repayment is no longer expected. Write-off amounts are correctly reflected in financial views and ledger transactions are created to ensure accurate accounting and reporting. Learn how to write-off a contract.
2. SSO & Access Management
Customers can now configure self-service Single Sign-On (SSO) for the XYB Console themselves using their existing identity provider, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, or any SAML 2.0–compatible provider. The setup is fully self-service and guides administrators through creating a SAML application in their IdP and completing the connection in the console. XYB provides all required metadata and includes a built-in connection test to validate the setup before activation. Once enabled, your configured identity provider becomes the login method for all users in the organisation. Learn how to setup SSO for your organization.
3. Workflow Orchestration Performance Improvements
We’ve improved how workflows run across the platform to make complex processes more reliable, flexible, and easier to evolve. Workflows now support conditions, parallel and asynchronous steps, and are automatically discovered and managed across services. This allows processes to be visualised, monitored, and extended more easily over time. These improvements also enable advanced use cases such as running reconciliations through configurable workflows instead of fixed logic. Learn more about workflows.
4. Improvements and Fixes
Improved internal reconciliation foundations, enhancing how data is streamed, matched, aggregated, and reported to support future reconciliation capabilities.
Increased reliability of workflow execution, including better handling of complex conditions, parallel steps, and state transitions across services.
Fixed multiple issues related to credit schedules and repayments, improving accuracy in repayment calculations and invoice handling.
Improved console performance, including significantly faster load times on the ledger posting page and other frequently used views.
