XYB Platform 1.5 Release Notes

Release Date: 19 November 2025 Find out the top product/platform updates, performance improvements, and bug fixes from this release.

1. Reconciliantion Foundation

  • A new Ledger Data Extract workflow node is now available in the Console under Workflows > Automations. This node retrieves ledger data for a selected period and saves it as a CSV file in File Vault. It eliminates the need for manual ledger exports and ensures the most up-to-date data is available for reconciliation. Learn more

  • File Vault Upload Enhancements: You can now upload reconciliation statement files directly through File Vault in the Console. The upload flow validates your CSV format, captures metadata (such as file source, date, and dataset), and stores the file securely for reconciliation. All uploaded and system-generated files are now visible in File Vault, making it easier to track, download, or review reconciliation inputs. Learn more.

2. Improvements to Credit Contracts and Management

  • Nordic Credit Line Enhancements: Several improvements were made to Nordic revolving credit, including fixes to payment holiday rules, fee calculation issues, and subcontract behaviour. Term updates, section layouts, and activation flows are now more reliable, ensuring Nordic credit products behave consistently and accurately across all scenarios. Learn more.

  • Improved Alerts and Notifications: Credit-related alerts now trigger more consistently and at the right moments. Users receive timely updates on key contract events, helping them stay informed without needing to manually check contract pages.

  • Stronger Ledger Integration: Credit contracts now synchronise more closely with ledger activity. Incoming transactions and financial events associated with credit contracts are captured more accurately, improving reconciliation and reducing manual review.

3. Workflow Enhancements

  • New and Improved Workflow Nodes: Added a new Account Creation node that enables automated onboarding and activation flows inside Workflows. In addition, several existing nodes have been improved, including enhanced branching options in the Condition node and a fix to the HTTP Request node to ensure variables are correctly passed through during workflow execution. Learn more.

  • Ledger-Integrated Workflow Improvements: Workflows now include end-to-end support for ledger-driven automations through the new Ledger Data Extract node and deeper integration with File Vault (as mentioned above under Reconciliation Foundation). These updates allow workflows to schedule ledger extracts, process dataset-based exports, publish trigger events, and seamlessly store or retrieve files via File Ops.

  • UI Improvements for Workflow Management: Navigation and visibility within Workflows have been enhanced, including sidebar improvements for viewing workflow runs and a new error-details modal for faster troubleshooting.

  • Technical and Reliability Improvements: Workflow execution is now more robust thanks to distributed locking for node definitions, better support for shared field requirements across nodes, and backend enhancements informed by service-function analysis. Integration updates such as File Ops service linkage and new entity-based triggers further strengthen workflow reliability across the platform.
