Manage Contracts in Debt

The Contracts in Debt dashboard provides a real-time view of all contracts that have delayed status due to unpaid scheduled invoices. It helps finance, operations, and collections teams monitor overdue invoices, track penalty interest, and take timely actions for recovery.

This page serves as the central place for tracking contracts that have missed payments or have outstanding amounts, allowing users to understand the scope and age of debts, their financial exposure, and customer repayment behavior.

You can access Contracts in Debt information directly from the console: Platform > Contracts > Lending > In Debt

This opens the Contracts in Debt list view, which displays all active contracts that have entered debt status. You can instantly see key totals such as the overall balance, total outstanding, total debt, and the number of contracts in debt.

Clicking on any contract record opens the detailed contract view, where you can review full customer and financial information related to the overdue balance. From there, you can view associated tasks, track repayment activity, or monitor any actions in progress for debt recovery.

Depending on your role and permissions, you can:

  • Review Overdue Contracts: Monitor all accounts that have entered debt status after the day change process.

  • Track Outstanding Balances: Check total exposure across customers, currencies, or product types.

  • Follow Up on Collections: View related tasks or hand over the contract to the collections team for further action.

  • Filter and Analyze Data: Use filters such as amount, date range, or currency to narrow your search and focus on specific overdue accounts.

Note: The Contracts in Debt view is updated automatically based on system calculations performed during the Day Change. Only authorized users (such as finance, operations, or collections managers) can access or act on these records.
