XYB Ledger Overview

The XYB Ledger is a modular, cloud-native financial data engine that records and reconciles all types of money movement - from basic debits and credits to complex transactional workflows. It acts as the source of truth for financial applications, powering real-time balances, statements, audit trails, and event-driven workflows across your ecosystem.

Integration Workflow

Ledger operates on an event-based architecture, built for seamless integration with your existing systems:

• Authorised agents (internal or external) connect to the Ledger via API endpoints or Kafka messaging channels

• When a financial event occurs (e.g. debit, credit, status update), it’s routed through your integration layer or gateway to the Ledger

• The Ledger processes and stores the transaction, applies rules or validations, and publishes responses or events to the appropriate channels

• All dependent systems receive consistent, synchronized updates in near real-time

This setup ensures low-latency, traceable, and scalable transaction flows.
