# Top up a wallet

In this demo, we walk through how a manual wallet credit flows through the system, from top-up in the consumer app to confirmation via orchestration. The customer initiates a manual GBP top-up, which triggers the wallet gateway to apply platform policies and instantly post the credit to the ledger. The wallet is updated in real time and immediately usable. We then verify the result in the console by checking balances and reviewing transaction logs.\
Finally, we use the orchestration agent to confirm the credit has propagated across all system layers, including metadata. This flow showcases our platform’s real-time consistency, governance, and composability, delivering a single source of truth for both users and operators.
