XYB Platform 2.4 Release Notes
1. Ledger Precision Upgrade
Exact Accuracy for Large Balances and High-Precision Assets
This release delivers a platform-wide upgrade to how monetary amounts are stored and calculated, ensuring accuracy for very large balances and high-precision assets.
No more precision limits: Ledger values across the platform have been migrated to arbitrary-precision numeric handling, removing previous limits on the size and precision of amounts.
Crypto asset support: This upgrade underpins support for high-precision and crypto assets, including ETH and BTC, now available in the ledger currency selector.
Exactness at scale: Balances, postings, and interest calculations remain exact even for very large or high-precision amounts.
2. Product Configuration Enhancements
Easier, More Reliable Configuration
Product configuration becomes easier and more reliable to work with, with clearer data handling and improved display.
Persistent across tabs: Configuration entered across multiple tabs is now preserved as you move between them.
Scoped validation: Validation errors in one tab no longer block saving unrelated changes elsewhere.
Clearer terminology: "Banking providers" has been renamed to "Banking coordinates" for clarity.
Easier service selection: The add-service dialog is now alphabetically ordered and searchable.
Richer display: Configuration screens now show additional metadata to give you more context at a glance.
3. Deposit & Credit Products
An Expanding Product Set
The credit and deposit product set continues to expand.
Deposit products: A new deposit product data model has been introduced.
Credit line term changes: Credit lines now support term changes, with accrued interest calculated automatically.
Separated accounts: Payout and repayment accounts on credit contracts are now separated, and account selection within credit contracts has been improved.
Open an account from the entity view: Businesses can now open an account directly from the entity view after adding a product.
4. Entities & Onboarding
More Flexibility and Clearer Structure
Entity management gains more flexibility and clearer structure.
Extended entity types: "Application" is now "API", with new "MCP" and "AI Agent" types added.
Role-aware views: Entity views now adapt to show only the tabs relevant to each entity's role and available services.
Richer onboarding data: Economic activity and tax residency can now be captured at entity creation.
New Owner role and dashboard: A tailored role and dashboard give single-operator businesses a treasury experience suited to how they actually work.
5. Localisation & Reconciliation
Broader Language Coverage, Progress Toward Automated Reconciliation
Localisation coverage and reconciliation tooling both move forward.
Expanded translations: Translated content now extends to configuration and policy screens across the platform.
Language consistency: British-to-American English inconsistencies have been corrected across the app.
Reconciliation pilot: A pilot program defines the scope and flow for automated reconciliation ahead of a wider rollout.
6. Improvements and Fixes
More accurate statements and balances, including a fix to an inverted closing-balance sign and correct decimal handling on posting detail and payment views.
Improved mobile experience, with fixes to Android home, cards, statements, payment calculation, and onboarding flows.
Steadier treasury web app, resolving load failures on the asset position and statements pages and stabilising the account balances view.
Fixed a wide range of issues across product configuration, templates, automations, entities, access management, and the console — including tab persistence, template selection, filter counts, tooltips, and numerous table and layout issues.
